I am only able to view the camera feed on the phone's app when connected on the same wifi network as the DVR at home. but not able to view when on different network like mobile network data when i am away from home. katenelson3345 0 Posted August 7, 2023 You need to set up port forwarding on your router to allow remote access to your DVR. Access your router's web interface and create a rule for the port that your DVR uses. You also need to know the IP address of your DVR and the port number that it uses for remote access.
