bobcctv1 0 Posted January 6, 2023 Hi, I have 2 Dahua HDW2431TM-AS-S2 ip cameras which i want to upgrade to latest firmware. First one upgraded with no problem using web interface. Second one refuses to upgrade. Have even tried removing camera and plugging direct in to a poe hub to eliminate any cabling issues. Also tried upgrade via config tool and that gets to 50% and fails to complete upgrade. Also factory defaulted the camera in case config was corrupt but same issue. Initially both cameras were at same level so cant make out why this one stubbornly refuses to upgrade. Any clever people with any ideas to get over this issue.
