JeremyH 0 Posted October 25, 2006 I'm havin trouble with the RJ-45 wire that connects the TouchTracker to the EIM box for power and data communication. The RJ-45 connections broke and I cut one of the ends off and replaced it with a new one. Plugged it in and everything worked great. I then decided to shorten the cable and put another RJ-45 connector on the other end. When I plug the TouchTracker in I no longer have control of my Call monitors functions from my Mux. It also no longer splits the screen either. Still have control of the PTZ's just cannot pan thru the cameras usin gthe call option. I checked and rechecked my connections and made sure the cable was wired correctly. Does anyone have any ideas what happened. Also yes, the touchtracker is set for mux16. Could it have anything to do with making the cable shorter by any chance? I wouldn't think so, but I just don't know anymore. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
