What do you think about the CoVi EVQ-1000 Mega pixel camera?

What do you think about the CoVi EVQ-1000 Mega pixel camera? Would it make a good day night camera? I need it to work good out front of my house where we only have one street light. Does it have the UV cut filter. Here is a link to the camera. Thanks for the help. Dave
