Jooan security camera

Hello

 

I have two jooan security camera's model JA-F10T-4-U and have the joolink app on my phone.

I want to download video to my phone but i can'f figure out how to do that. Watching live and play things a few days ago is no problem. 

If somthing has happened and i want to share video recordings i do not know how to do that.

Can anyone tell me more?

that's strange i have the problem on my desktop and my laptop and the vga connection on the laptop can't be the problem but what resolution must i use in this case?

To download video recordings from your Jooan security cameras using the Joolink app, log in to your account and go to the "Playback" section.
Select the camera and date/time range, then click the "Download" button.
The video will download to your phone and can be found in your gallery or file manager.
To share the downloaded video, simply send it via email or messaging app.
