Toonraider 0 Posted March 19, 2023 Hi, hope this is in right forum room. Ihave just installed an 8 channel system and all is working but I'm unable to plug in an ethernet line due to the impracticalities of doing so. So can I use a WiFi adapter on this and if so what kit do you suggest please?
tomcctv 190 Posted March 19, 2023 Hi best and simple way is a tp-link set they are cheap and plug and play job done in 5 minutes https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/powerline/tl-pa717-kit/
Toonraider 0 Posted March 19, 2023 Hi, So, my understanding is that I still need an ethernet cable from the DVR plugged into this unit which I plug into the socket. Will this then connect to my house router?
