Standalone Wifi camera recommendations

Hi, first time posting.

I have a requirement for a standalone camera to be used in the pitlane at motorsport events. Ideally a battery powered wifi camera so there are no cables to worry about routing as the camera will be used for race weekends and then packed away and taken to the next meeting. I also need quick access to local storage ideally in the form of an SD card (USB drive would be OK too) - the footage may be requested at any time by race control and a storage device must be dropped off within 10 minutes of being requested. I may not have time to search for and download footage from a cloud based storage.

I bought a Reolink Argus Eco but I'm having real problems with it communicating with our TP-Link 4G router and Reolink tech support are not the best or the quickest at responding. I have had the camera connected to the router once in the office but every other time I've tried to use it the camera won't find the router. The router is working fine for other wifi duties.

Can anyone suggest another camera I could try that will fulfil my needs? Is there a battery powered wifi camera that also has an ethernet connection as a last resort backup incase the wifi fails?
