No audio at all problem

Hello,

My DVR model is: iDS-7104HQHI-M1/S (on the latest update)
My Camera model is: DS-2CE12KF0T-F
There is no audio neither in liveview nor in playback..
- The camera setting is on TVI.
- Record:parameter:stream type is on video&audio. 
- Audio source:camera.
- Video encoding:h.264
- Advanced parameter schedule settings: record audio is on.
- System: live view: general: audio is on.
- Live view audio is on.
I'm connecting the DVR to a monitor via HDMI, (HDMI carry audio, right?)
What should I do/try?
