SV3C B01POE-3MPL-A Can not See camera in a small screen only Screen 1

Hello, I bought one of these cameras to maybe replace a failed one in our cam group. Got a good Deal on it so thought why not. Never used one of this Brand before so totally new to its setup.

I found another Software package and it DOES see it, I programmed it and my NVR does find it and produce picture..... ON main large screen only! If I move it to another of the smaller screens the video goes black. Is there a setting to fix that issue? XVR is a XVR501H-16-S2 and camera is a SV3C B01POE-3MPL-A
