Unable to login to NVR with correct password

I'm dealing with an issue where I can no longer connect to my Hikvision NVR through the web interface or iVMS. I've verified that the username and password are correct—the password is stored in a password manager and has worked consistently.

For testing purposes, I tried changing the IP address using the SADP tool. Interestingly, SADP accepted the same password that doesn't work when trying to log into the NVR directly (via web GUI or iVMS), so I'm sure the credentials are correct. The username is the same one I use on another NVR at a different location without any issues.

Since the last restart, the NVR has also stopped responding via Hik-Connect (device is reachable from local network, but as mention above - I'm unable to log in to them)

I attempted to download the recovery file through SADP, but received the error:
"Failed to get the key. Device timeout. Record its model and software version and contact manufacturer." (shown in picture bellow)

I've tried contacting Hikvision support multiple times with no success.

Any suggestions on what else I could try?
