Geovision GV 800 web cam server stopped working

Hi, my web cam server has been running fine for about a year then yesterday I added a new second hard drive for more recording space and now my webcam server wont start.

 

It comes up on reboot then the 'web' word disappears from the right hand side of the window. If I click on 'network' 'webcam sever' it comes up 'web' for a second on the right hand side then disappears. And I dont get the pop up window with the server selections.

 

Any ideas?

 

I have taken the new hard disk out and put it all back to before, but no luck.

 

And all my ports are open correctly etc.

btw this is Geovision 7 with the dongle.

I would do a clean install of Geo ... uninstall the old version, make sure the folder is deleted also, then reinstall .. if you want to back up the settings first I have a tool for that on my web site.
