CCTVDude 0 Posted November 17, 2006 I have a GV-800 running w/ ver 7.04. It was running fine for months, but now I get an error every few minutes that says: "No new entry will be added to System Log if the storage capacity of the system log is lower then requirement" What does this mean exactly? vf702 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Do you have your system log storing files in the same hard drive or partitian as your video files? If you have the operating system and system log on one drive/partitian and video on another, check the operating system drive to see how much space is left on that drive. CameraGenius 0 Posted November 17, 2006 Need to setup your DVR to have a 20GB Partition for the OS, and use the rest for storage. If you already have windows setup install the program "Partition Magic" and you can make your hard drive partitions whatever size you want **Never want to save your video data on the same partition as your OS Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
