I did some research and found out that these cards were sold to me on ebay by some one in Hong Kong, are being sold with software called "Safeking" in the manual it has 2 site address one is out of commission www.toptom.com and the other www.safeking.net is in Chinese, unfortunatly I do not understand it. I am looking for for some one to get me that softwre. I have 6 cards that I bought, do not feel like throwing them in the garbage. I am China DVR card provider. So i know Chinese Please tell me the name of your DVR card, i can contact safeking company to ask them provide the right driver or software. Of course i am not sure because you bought card from Hongkong not from safeking company. But i will try my best to be helpful for you.
