Noddy 0 Posted December 10, 2006 I wonder if anyone could please help?. I recently set up a GV800-4 at home for security and I want my wife to be able to access the remote viewing of the cameras from any of the PC’s in the house. I have installed the remote software on the PC’s and I have started TCP on the server and I can connect just fine, the problem is that my ISP has a problem with uploading and I want to make sure that the server is only broadcasting to the LAN and not the web. Thanks in advance
CollinR 0 Posted December 10, 2006 Do you have a NAT router installed? It really doesn't matter though, it won't broadcast anything unless a user requests it and is authenticated.

wishmegood 0 Posted January 7, 2007 you need to type in the format as follow at client's computer IE browser: http://192.168.1.xx:80, where xx is the last digits for your client's IP that you wish to view through LAN, and the port is the one you set inside the GeoVision software, the default is 80. On the Geovision host's pc, you need to run web server, that's all you need to do. Hope this helps.
