galen 0 Posted December 27, 2006 Phil, I could be wrong but I don't think you have to advertise that you have a camera on. Now, if you have a sign that states that you have cameras and you don't then that may be grounds for a lawsuit. Around here if you record audio, my must state that clearly with a certain sized sign.
