JohnLim 0 Posted December 31, 2006 Hi all member, I have a PC base Kodicom DVR system with the following Card Model:KIO-8816A, KMC 4400R, KMC 9016 O/S: Win 2000, DigiNet v4.130 Patch 13, Linksys Router WRT54G. I have upgraded my DVR system to Window 2000 O/S and the laster DigiNetSite. (Verything work fine running alone) I have also setup WebDVR for remote viewing. (It works fine when I connect from home to office using web browser via internet connecting though router) I have also setup a PC in my office via LAN to a 5 port switch which connected to the DVR system from security room to my office room. (It work fine also, using DigiNet Center or WebDVR to connect, without plug in the LAN cable from the router which connected to internet ) But ------problem come (1.) When I plug in LAN cable from router which connected to internet to the 5 port switch, after running some time my Office room Diginet Centre/WebDVR automatically disconnected. It appear a meaasge "Connection fail because site program disconnected" (regardless is anyone connected to the Diginet site via internet.) Is there anything to do with the Diginet Site setup? or router (2.) I could not Add or Edit the User in the Diginet setup, Password Setup. The existing version does not look like what it show in the user guide "Level 1", "Level 2"... I have setup a User iginet (administrator) and a Password: 1234, when I first installed and login to the DigiNet Site. I m new in this forum, some basic knowledge in DVR & PC. Appreciate anyone can help me and give me advise? Thanks in advance.
