Dvr Card gives Blurry Images Please Help

I have Purchased the DVR card from the above mentioned place. I have Dell Dimension 8200 2.4 ghz. I have upgraded my Graphics card with ATI radion 9550 256 mb. I installed the software and drivers provided by this cheap hong kong company. After i connected the cameras, I hardly am able to see the picture its just like some color lines. If i hook the same cameras to my timelapse VCR it records great. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. As you see I am a Newbee and trying to set this for my own retail Store.

right click on desktop, properties, advanced settings, troubleshoot, and set the accellerator back until it clears up................
