riluxg 0 Posted January 5, 2007 the pc running the centre software knows the sending pc is there it connects then drops straight out after 5 secs. the two computers can ping each other. No pics are ever sent. the sending pc is conected to the internet via a shared internet conection on an industrial estate . Could it be a firewall / port open problem. they know each pc is there but won't allow it to sent any data. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rory 0 Posted January 6, 2007 make sure all the Center Ports that are open on the DVR, are also open on the Center PC .. meaning open them in the windows firewall if it is enabled, and also portforward them in the router, if it exists.
