DNS Client Problem

I got this message this morning on my DNS Client software provided by geovision below the error message:

 

Network Error (tcp_error)

 

 

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"

The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

 

For assistance, contact your network support team.

 

Does my Internet Provider has a network problem?

It may be that there is a problem with their name servers. Do other network / Internet applications work OK? I shall check with Geo and get back to you.

GeoVision have advised me that the server was down for maintenance, it is now back up and functioning correctly.
