Ghazi 0 Posted January 19, 2007 regular multicam works fine with dns alias, remote playback works but one cameras at a time. i need viewlogs, just like we are at the system. but when i put the host where it says IP Address, it doesnt connect to the system so dns dont work with viewlogs? please help thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
501 0 Posted January 20, 2007 Make sure your not putting "http://" in front of the IP or DNS name and make sure your using the right port number and that those ports are opened up on both the DVR and the router. I hope that helps a bit. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

curtley 0 Posted January 21, 2007 how old is your card if your can upgrade to version 8.1 then you can down load dmmutliview this allows you access to your viewlog as if you was in front of your system. only thing you cant do is advance search feature you need to open port:5552 i think Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
