No return calls, emails go unanswered, credits difficult to obtain for returned merchandise, hefty restock fees, and you are on your own if you need service. CSG 0 Posted February 7, 2007 I would question a reseller of OEM cameras where they describe everything as a "Sony" camera. It's only a Sony camera if it says Sony on the outside. Otherwise who is going to check the inside? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rory 0 Posted February 7, 2007 actually alot of them say Sony on the outside also, Sony CCD, etc .. Some resellers don't know the difference also. I would goto Sony's site and check if its a sony camera first .. but basically they don't make bullet cameras, for example. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
