Recommended Posts

Dear All,

i just need some help and datails instruction guidelines from your guys..anyone who's know how to configure the port forwarding for diginet system? i had tried so many time to assign the port 80, 8080, 8081.but also not succesful... i just only success to the login part (through IE)...after i login the error msg to me is" "Web Dvr-Network Connection Fail", i'm suspect the 8081 port (Main Video Port) having setting problem, but i have no idea how to solve it ... because the the Main Control Port (80, 8080) i already assign...so i success to login part (through IE).., just only after i login to the video image screen then the Webdvr Promt me the msg "Webdvr-Network Connection Fail", Maybe something is Block, but i closed all the Fire Wall, Proxy & antivirus software..still unable solved my problem...so i really need your guys experiance and assists me to provide the information to sattle this thing....

I suspect you may have an issue with the active x setting under internet options/security/custome. I'm not a diginet guy but you seem to be hitting the DVR.just need to allow the DVR's plugins run/load?

check your settings on IE thats where the problem is at... i have had similar problem in the past but what i do is i try using an older version of IE and that always works then when i change the settings i want i go back to my new system but you can always check your settings make sure active x is enable..
