VST_Man 1 Posted February 18, 2007 i actually set it up at night and got pretty good pics of my truck at 50 ft using a 60mm lense. I tried several other camera's and the license plate lights always killed the plate..washed it out. Then I treid the filters with IR and it was ok but the pic was dulled by the filter. One of the sales associates at my work was interested in it, I think they were looking for $300 to $500, but compared to most License cameras that isn't bad. You can find the website in google with the words speed bump cam. We haven't purchased one for testing because of the functionality and our location. We don't have a good bottle up for cars or a way to wirelessly, or use underground cable, to get it hooked up. I do like their solution to the glare problem from the head lights, since the position puts it in a place where the headlights just aren't hitting it.
