Outdoor rugged GE CR-1500-VFA3-CW opinions/sugestions

Hey all! Has anyone used the GE CR-1500-VFA3-CW? If not, any recomendations for simular products would be great. Been reading the forum for the past few days and have learned alot, thank god i found this forum before i started buying!!

 

Some background: Im a small business owner, trying to get my warehouse more secure due to recent vandalism and attempted break-ins. Im looking for an 8 camera system with 4 or so very rugged oudoor cameras that are flush mounted. (for vandal resistance as well as being discrete - they will only be mounted about 8ft off the ground) Low lux/ night visability is imperative. My building does have lighting around the premiter, so its not total darkness. I havent decided on my dvr yet, except that i want a stand alone system.

 

Any sugestions would be much appreciated. Budget wise im hoping to be in the 5-7k range not including install. 2k for dvr, $500 for each camera aprox.
