gRoberts 0 Posted February 23, 2007 Hi all, I need some help finding a Video Server. We have a JPEG2000 DVR which is rubbish when it comes to viewing/playing back across the "internet". We first saw the BlueNet Video Server, but noticed that it only supports 1 channel. We basically need a Video Server that provides a good Compression to Quality ratio, that allows you to access images and video's directly via an 'U R L' and that allows you to change channel. Any idea's? Gav

galen 0 Posted April 11, 2007 Webgate is also a good unit. They have a 6 channel model that does all you want. They use wavelet commpression. Retail is over a grand but you can find it cheaper. Somewhere around seven and a half.
