paratonerali 0 Posted February 24, 2007 i take some photos by nokia 6680(1.3 mp 4.5 mm 1:3.2). i need to take the same view with infrared camera.but in ir cameras lens is fixed(settled).they usually use 1/4 or 1/3 and 6mm lens. please help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rory 0 Posted February 24, 2007 There are many models that use 1/3" 4mm fixed or 4-8mm varifocals. Most of the budget OEM IR cameras will not give you much of any selection nor any kind of really decent image, though they are meant for budgets. Affordable higher quality IR cameras though can get you anywhere from 3-22mm fixed lens or 3-50mm (+/-) Varifocal, depending on what you can afford and which models you choose. paratonerali 0 Posted February 24, 2007 i dont know how to caltulate it.in Turkey i see 6mm cameras.but i think when mm goes bigger angel goes smaller(opposite relation). maybe i can find 4mm fixed lens but im not sure about 1/4 or 1/3. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
