cindysuemt 0 Posted February 25, 2007 I bought a GV250 BNC 4 channel card. It came with no documentation, just an installation disk that has 6.1 and 6.5 on it for several cards. When I put the card in, XP thinks it's a GV-650 and want's to install that software and drivers. If I do, then I get the MICRO-P error to update my hardware. If I install it as a GV250 I get the KEYPRO error and it wants me to re-install the software. Any suggestions? I've tried to call the company it came from but get no answer.
