Then yes, as mentioned the GeoVision DVR can be watched on a 3G device, Hunt Electronics claim thier DVR can be watched on a smart phone, there is a DVR by Xvision that also claims it can be watched by 3G phones. AVTECH Pentaplex DVR's can be watched over GPRS phones. The 2010 IP Camera from Linksys can also be watched by 3G phone. If you want to transmit by 3G? Products are available that can transmit video by GSM or 3G sim card. These include 2-4 BNC video inputs and alarm I/O.
