Need Help for a testing Setup

Hello everyone.

 

I need to set up a testing area for DVR and cameras. I need to be able to ship out from 10-20 a week (for now). I have 4 single and 3 double workbenches now and loads of product.

 

What will I need to build a efficient testing area to make sure that everything I ship out is problem-free.

 

These systems are embedded DVRs and I have an extensive list of cameras including PTZ and IR cams.

 

I am a CCTV n00b but a good computer tech, so you can treat me as such. Smile

I know that people sometimes use DVD players to burn-in the Hard Drives and the DVRs ( to test for any errors) has anyone had any experience doing this?
