i downloaded the software from their webpage but it is password protected.i have old version but motion dedection is terible.i need new soft. please help me.is there any other program i can use with.

I have a question about this card.

I installed it into a p4 intel chipset with 1gb memory, 64mb graphics card.

When I use the dvr it works fine, when I try to remote view live video it does not show a picture, I can view video already recorded, but nothing live. I am using a linksys router with all the ports forwarded, I have even tried changing the ports. I also tried this in another pc with a celeron and sis chipset with the same result. I also tried to make the dvr a dmz with no luck.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I finally got in touch with someone named effie at wave-p, she was very helpful, and worked very hard to get this problem solved. As it turns out there was a file that needed to be replaced, she emailed it to me along with instructions how to replace it and then to restart the software, worked like a charm!!!
