rippinit 0 Posted March 23, 2007 Hi all! I'm trying to help a friend out and I work with PC's a lot so I thought I'd try to give a helping hand. He has a C: and D: drive on his PC that are 200GB each. C: drive was being filled up with video and audio clips causing the operating system to become unstable. I copied everything from the the C:\GV800 directory to D:\GV800. Everything still remains on C: except the audio and video clips. So now all audio and cam folders are located on D:\GV800 and I changed the software log file location to D:GV800 as well as the other log file setting. Now when I try to view the video footage within the software (F10 and select Video/Audio log) I see a video footage window and I see a log list with dates/times but there are no feature/function buttons. I can't play, fast forward, rewind, nothing...everything is gone. I've been trying anything and everything possible except for reinstalling the program because I don't want to have to figure out what all the settings are for everything. Is their a way of just restoring/installing the viewlog500 application or are there any files that need to be changed to make the program function appropriately that I'm missing? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
501 0 Posted March 24, 2007 You need to run the "Repair Database Ultility" to fix this.
