darrentky 0 Posted March 30, 2007 Hi everyone, I would like to ask what is the difference between NTSC and PAL. I think South east asia uses PAL camera type. I noticed that most of the DVR cards has specs that are better in NTSC than PAL. Does NTSC always has better video quality than PAL?
