magpie 0 Posted April 1, 2007 Hi Please could anyone help me with wiring up my JVC TK-C675E ptz dome to my X-Vision pcdvr card ? The dvr card has ptz function and pelco protocol, The dome has bare end fly lead 7 cables plus coax there is a brown,blue and earth (green n yellow) then red =TX+ ,orange = TX- ,yellow = RX+ and green = RX- plus the coax I assume i need a RS232 to RS485 to attach to my pc to control the PTZ part and I just need to conect the coax to the DVR card I allso assume i just get a 24v 1.6a supply to run the power is there anything i need to bridge the gap between the camera and the pc ? easy on the tech talk as I am new to this lol cheers steve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

magpie 0 Posted April 1, 2007 I am in the UK and i am still waiting for JVC to get back to me..... basic info i need is wot wire goes where i know the coax is connected to the dvr card and the other wires will need connecting to the serial port via converter, but which ones ? its all good fun Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
