Just re-installed my windows and gv800 software

 

My problem is before I did a re-install my webcam service worked fine.

 

Since re-install the web server starts but when I attempt to log on I get pwd error (password error).

 

I have tried to log on via web browser (IE) on server and get same error message.

 

I have logged into geovision using both my admin user name and a guest user but both fail.

 

Any help appreciated.

If this is a new Windows install, you need to set up the user account.

I did set up accounts but no joy. I re-installed windows and all is fine now.

 

Somehow the first re-installation must of messed things up but the second one came right.

You didn't have to reinstall Windows in such case. You just need to reset account database. You can find a solution here:
