jgvarner57 0 Posted July 25, 2009 I have troubled over this for weeks, and finally discovered something. The client works on all my systems that have HD15 VGA cables to the monitor. The cameras show up black only on the system where I have a flat screen, and an HDMI cable from my high end video card to my flat screen. It must have something to do with the video codec from EyeMax not complying with digital displays.

mw3287 0 Posted May 21, 2011 The port range has to be 25 ports wide. Also if you are remotely logging in, you may have to turn down your Hardware Acceleration
