501 0 Posted May 20, 2007 The version you installed doesn't support the card you are using. Look on your card for a hardware version number and then you can download the latest software that supports that version of card. A bit of a plow by Geo to make customers buy new cards. ezCCTV 0 Posted May 22, 2007 Make sure that the drivers for your card are installed correctly. Check this under device manager. Also make sure that you have not accidentally installed GV600 software with a GV800 card for instance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
