Gesualdo 0 Posted October 18, 2007 Got the mic installed (finally), MY fault it took so long, though it works great , still testing limits and limitations. I had a little difficulty wiring, tight spacing and directions, and contacted the company, ETS, Inc. Wound up sending it back for them to check out. It IS difficult to wire up as the designer was the tech for it, and he admitted he had to resolder it 3 times himself to get connection connected. I expect a minor redesign in the future to simplify connection. They shipped it back already connected to their own wire for free and no charge for the wire. Kept me informed through the whole process and right there when called for assistance. Can't say enough about the good service. I recommend then highly. Will update again...
