kuc 0 Posted July 10, 2007 I have problem with my eptz3000 camera (outdoor) that is controlled by a ekb500 keyboard w/ joystick controller. The problem is that, it seems to stuck its position in idle (meaning cannot be controlled)... and sometimes, it will just rotate 360 degrees without stopping. What i did to make it work back to normal is that I turn it off for about 30-45 mins. and turn it on again... After this, the controller can now control the ptz camera. But after a day or two or when there is power failure in our area, the problem goes back again... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
