scotty2007 0 Posted July 26, 2007 hi - i am apprentice sparky, working for company who also do cctv have just put in cctv system with dvr etc - networked internally fine within the shops router and am really not good with this networking cr*p, no offence what do i need to do, dvr comes with own program for networked remote viewing and company owner wants to view cams over internet there is a router at the shop with broadband etc but don't know what brand help me e ml s c o dan 05 @ gm ai l . c o m urgent help if pos bear in mind i need detailed help as am crp at this kind of think all help appreciated dan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CollinR 0 Posted July 26, 2007 Serach up on 2 things. 1. Dynamic DNS, you may require it but if you don't it won't hurt you. 2. Port Forwarding, you will require this.
