Diginet Center and Windows Vista

Hi

 

We have just had a CCTV system installed at our office, the Diginet Center works perfectly on the XP systems, but on the Vista systems we get no camera display just the recording info and date in red below the black square.

 

Any ideas/soulutions?

It seems the dvr card didnt compatible with the vista system. not all dvr cards and software can support the vista system.

I am hoping that is not the case does anyone have any idea if Kodicom are working on a vista upgrade

The newest client supports Vista.
