recycle_bean 0 Posted September 9, 2004 I bought the Geovision GV-250 card, it works great. However, one of the 4 cameras got interlace problem - there are so many horizontal lines. The other 3 cameras (different brand name) don't have such problem. Any idea why? The problem camera is: 380 TV lines, B/W, 0.2 Lux at F1.4, 1/50 shutter, 12v. If I plug this camera direct to the TV, no interlace problem... I am running Penitum 4, win2000 server, 1GB ram, 120GB HDD, ATI Radon 9200SE video card, Geovision GV-250 with latest software 6.0.4. I checked the "de-interlace" box on Geovision software but didn't help. Help is apprecaited. thanks.
cctv_down_under 0 Posted September 10, 2004 Part of the problem is that you are using a low res camera, change your video source to 640x480 SW the SW stands for Sotware Interlace, also make sure your video card supports hardware overlay before turning it on, you will probably find you diod not have this option ticked by defualt, should fix some of the problem
