4CH Videos + X Signal Coaxial Cable Transceiver

Recommended Posts

Hi

I am new here. I'll introduce a new coaxial cable transceiver.

A Transmitting Technology for Coaxial Cable

Summary: A new CCTV technology integrates anti-thunder, anti-static and highly anti-jamming functions, and enables multi-channel videos and other contact control signals, including duplex audio signal, duplex RS232/RS485, 100V broadcast speaker signal, phone signal, power (AC/DC 0~110V), to be transmitted on one coaxial cable. The new Coaxial multi-signal transmitting set consists a transmitter and a receiver, and it will save a lot of money for CCTV installation.

Today the soaring price of copper has resulted in the increase of cable price. Cost of manpower is also high. These have caused a rapid rise of costs of CCTV project. The new multi-functional Coaxial multi-signal transmitting set is anti-thunder, anti-static, anti-jamming, and transmits multi-channel videos and other contact control signals over one coaxial cable. The new technique allows multi-channel CCTV video signals and other signals to be transmitted via cost-effective video coaxial cable or RF coaxial cable. These will effectively economize CCTV project. Let’s keep it in mind that a penny saved is a penny earned.

I would like to learn more about the product.

Are you retailing them, or wholesaleing them?

Will you PM me a web link?

Thanks

1.Anti thunder-stroke

In CCTV system, more attention has been paid to anti-thunder design of the power system, but the system of camera video and control signals is often overlooked. Cameras either have no anti-thunder design at all, or in some cases, BNC video line protection unit is used for the purpose. There are also some anti-thunder protection unit for other signals such as RS485, RS232, and audio signals. It is important to adopt anti-thunder measures for all kinds of signals, as damage by thunder is frequent and heavy.

2. Anti-jamming

Long-distant analog signals have low anti-jamming abilities so risk of information loss is high. Where electronic devices are used, there is jamming. Signal jamming often occurs in CCTV project. When it happens, the source of jamming must be identified and dealt with. Now anti-jamming technique has already matured in many years of engineering experience.

Two solutions are often adopted to protect video signals from jamming. One solution is design with advanced video coding and decoding and highly anti-jamming techniques. The transmission distance of signals may be effectively increased, and their anti-jamming capacity enhanced, through packed transmission of the common video signals. The product may help realizing transmitting images in package, enhancing anti-jamming capacity (effectively prevent jamming caused by current alternation, electric machinery and uneven earthing), and increasing transmission distance, and etc. The other adopts high frequency transmission and power supply to transmit high frequency signals as well as DC36V over coaxial cable. In this way, the product increases transmission distance, enhances anti-jamming capacity, facilitates power supply for the far port, and enhances the definition. In this sense, the product is essential in the field of traditional video transmission.

3. Video coaxial cable and RF or CATV coaxial cable

In CCTV project, 75 ohms coaxial cable is used to carry video signals, TV antenna signals and digital audio signals. We often use RG59 or 5C-2V or SYV coaxial cable to transmit video signals, 5C-FB or SYWV to transmit CATV signals. Normally 5C-FB or SYWV coaxial cable is cheaper than RG59 or 5C-2V or SYV coaxial cable.

Coaxial cables and systems connected to them are not ideal. There is always some signal radiating from coaxial cable. Hence, the outer conductor also functions as a shield to reduce coupling of the signal into adjacent wiring. More shield coverage means less radiation of energy. Coaxial cable is typically characterized with impedance and cable loss. Length has nothing to do with a coaxial cable impedance. Characteristic impedance is determined by the size and spacing of the conductors and the type of dielectric used between them. For ordinary coaxial cable used at reasonable frequency, the characteristic impedance depends on the dimensions of the inner and outer conductors. For example the RG59 or 5C-2V cable transmits video signals for max 400 meter.

4. Anti-thunder, anti-static, anti-jamming, and multi-channel videos and other contact signals transmitted on one coaxial cable

The new Coaxial multi-signal transmitting set transmits signals on one RG59 video cable or 5C-FB cable. With RF 5C-FB cable, the distance of transmission is longer than with RG59 video cable, and 5C-FB cable is cheaper than RG59 video cable.

This new technique is similar to CATV in that it uses a single cable to carry many TV signals. But in CCTV project, it is difficult for many video signals to be transmitted on one coaxial cable. Because it needs special device to adjust the system, it needs specialized workers to install and adjust equipments. The application of new technique can develop many types of products that don’t need manual adjustments. They adjust themselves to suit for short or long distance. These products begin to be widely used in CCTV project.
