Spacetoumpa 0 Posted September 3, 2007 Recently I have built 2 systems using an asrock p4vm890 motherboard, radeon x1300 gpu and a p4 2.8ghz with the gv-800 card. I have the a problem in one of the two pcs.Periodically it gets an error message with no readable characters and an multiview. exe error message with sth like the "0x0000546f4" directed to the "0x0564f45" address. The address could not be written(free tranlation from greek). The addresses are always different. The result was a reboot of the pc. When I have tried to lock the windows desktop with the utility came with the cd the messages kept appearing with the difference that now only the multiview restarts. This is a totally free software running pc. On the other hand the other pc has bitcomet and norton 07 always running and has absolutely no problem. Has anyone encountered the same problem and could you suggest me some solution. Thanks in advance about your time[/b]
photys 0 Posted September 3, 2007 Could be bad RAM? Try switching the RAM to the other computer. Check your event viewer to see what the real errors are: Control panel - Administration tools - Event viewer.
