ANYKEEPER 2016 REMOTE PROBLEM

Problem

How can I install the client software and run it on a local network?

 

System;

Card 16ch

Software anykeeper 2016

windows xp

 

 

I can ping pc host from any local network computer

 

Problem on LOCAL NETWORK

1) I can connect thru IE but always log in in to the anonymous user, I can't log in with any other user, didn't ask for user or password.

 

2) when I try to download the client software require user and password, i set all users i have but next screen it's just white.

I have enable all active X control, and register as trust site but nothing...

 

How can I install the client software and run it on a local network?
