squale 0 Posted September 7, 2007 Just wondering if I can upgrade to a newer version of the software? if so what do I need and what is the price? I have the GV-800 v3 card. It is running 3 color day/night cameras on a windows xp pro system with a 1.5ghz p4 processor and 512mb ram. BTW... does the newer versions of the software allow you to DISABLE the automatic reboot if you get a camera lost signal? Thanks, Kevin Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rory 0 Posted September 7, 2007 Version 8.0 and above are much more CPU and Memory intensive, the 1.5 will be very slow but should work. Ive used it on my 2.0Ghz with 512, it does work, just very slow so didnt leave it running, also takes forever to start up. You can disable the beep on video loss, not sure about the reboot, though its never rebooted on me with video loss. Rory Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
