Dual View GV1480

Recommended Posts

Hello, I bought a GV1480, and now im trying to view different cameras in each monitor. How is the best option to do that?. An example is that I want to view 8 cameras in one monitor and 8 in the other, both at full screen.

Thanks in advance!!!

Install MultiView to connect to localhost (Geo Web Server).

Run DMPos.exe from C:\GVxxx folder and setup Multicam on the monitor1 and Multiview on monitor2. Then run Multicam (C:\GVxxx\GVxxx.exe, should appear on monitor1), make sure Web Server is running too. Run MultiView (should appear on monitor2) and connect to localhost.

2nd option is to buy GV-Combo card and connect CCTV monitor to a TV-OUT DVR card connector.

1480 has one tv out. Couldn't he set up the GV system to view 8 cams and the extra monitor to view the other 8?

Yes with SpotMonitor function he could do that.
