I remember that they bought this website from Richardson Electronics (recently they were bought by ADI) and Ii think they paid very dearly... Besides that, not sure what they exactly do... sorry If you had a bad experience with their sales person, why not call and ask someone at their management and I am sure you will have someone's attention?
