Geovision Webcam server and TCP server

I am using GV800 v8.1, with 4 cameras in the office. I use both the and to view remotely from my house using a broadband internet.

 

I noticed that viewing by always give a smoother video compare to viewing through IE. IE sometimes take many seconds before I can see the next frame of image.

 

I have no problem with the speed when I am viewing it on my LAN with both TCP and Webcam.

 

My Question, which is the best server setting to use ? Should I use TCP or Webcam or MultiCast?

 

I hope someone out there could help solve the puzzle.
