RJ 45 to BNC Connected to monitor makes it blury

when i am using RJ45 to BNC on my monitor it's really bury

I am using AMP 9416 RJ45 to BNC connectors with a standard straight through cable

When I use BNC to BNC it works fine

my DVR is a APPRO DVR3024

use the straight thru cable
