mcs 0 Posted October 19, 2007 I purchased some ptz's and cars off jet view cam, the cards were counterfeit, Geovision arent interested, other then telling me to buy local, I sent one card back got a refund, the 2nd card was in a machine and was sent back, im out of pocket 3500 for a 2nd system for the client while this is going on, it has been delivered, and he refuses that he received it, I have confirmation from Hong kong post to say it was, and i cant claim insurance because it has been delivered, Ken lui says he moved offices, but failed to advise of new address till after I sent it Help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

mcs 0 Posted October 21, 2007 Yeah, its their Asian division Len lui, Can u talk to Canada and ask them help me, Lost on that one If I don't get replacement he promised me legit card, Issue were green images over screen pirated disc - had Chinese on it v6 Wouldn't work with v7 IE, security certificate had expired, Im disappointed geovision didn't threaten to shut their dealership own if they didn't fix it, When someone tells u its GEOVISION ( supposedly reputable dealer) then you tend to believe it when other products were ok Yeah jet view does sell on ebay multiple names I have found now We know geos rules on ebay sales Ah well my fault for trying to cheap skate and cut price in half to comepete with big players here ...
